Grades 10/11: Learning to Launch

We meet three times per year (September/January/April) to reflect on student's learning, set goals, and build confidence networking in groups of unrelated students.

Grades 12: Countdown to Launch

Each month, over the course of the school year, we will meet as a small group to support the post-secondary planning process as students look ahead to the transition to life after high school.

​

These interactive sessions will have a strong focus on personal well-being as we explore topics, such as goal setting, communication, and growth mindset.

Graduates: Ready to Soar

The goal is to help students feel confident in their abilities, organize their time and workload, make effective decisions and solve problems as they arise, allowing them to thrive in their new post-secondary environment.
