  • How College/University learning differs from high school studies. 

  • What to do the first week, month and semester at your new school.

  • Goal setting.

2nd Part

  • Life Skills to practice over the summer months.

  • Budgeting.

  • Self-advocacy: how to ask for and find help. 

  • Growth mindset: the importance of embracing new experiences with an open mind
