What are the rates of the services?
Please contact us directly - we have different fees for different services. In order to serve you best, when we can understand your need we will be able to provide our fee.
Services offered by an Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) may be covered by your Extended Health Benefit plan. Please contact your EHB provider to confirm coverage.
*Educational Guidance appointments are subject to GST.
Do you have a cancellation policy?

Educational Guidance Services: We require 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment without being charged. Within 48 hours you will be charged for your missed appointment.

Clinical Counselling Services: We require 24 hours to cancel an appointment without being charged a cancellation fee of $100.
When is a good age to start the post-secondary planning process?

Ideally, in the grade 10 year - students often need to begin making decisions around course selection, which can impact their post-secondary plans. However, it is never too early or too late for creating a plan for life after highschool.
